Gionee is the smartphone brand famous for its Camera they are constantly adding amazing camera Features in their phone. No matter it is Elife E5, E7 or even the slim S5.1, the camera performance in each of them has been impressive. After launching the metal-clad S6 in early 2016, Gionee has launched its first selfie-focused smartphone - the S6s with an 8-MP front camera with flash. Overview of Phone: Gionee S6s has a metal frame and a glass front that looks good, but does not look as stunning as the S6. That said, the build quality is top notch. Despite its 5.5-inch full HD display, the S6s can be easily operated with one hand, especially while capturing selfies. It weighs 166 gms. The overall performance of the device is pretty decent. It is powered by Media MT6753 processor paired with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB onboard storage. While playing games and using GPS, it does heat up a little. The battery back-up is just about average as the 3,150 mAh battery struggles to last a day.

Camera Performance:

The images captured from its front camera are pretty impressive. It has video, face beauty, photo and HDR modes. The face beauty mode automatically cleans the skin. There is also an editing tool that includes options such as smoother, whitening, slimming and enlarger modes. The images were sharp and had rich colors.

It has a wide angle camera and is good for capturing group selfies as well. Gionee has smartly addressed the issue of capturing selfies in low light environment by adding front flash and screen flash. The phones 13-MP rear camera has a Sony sensor with f2.0 aperture and 5p lens, which once again lives up to the promise of capturing good images. It performs well in bright day light. The low light imaging of the rear camera is much superior when compared to any other device in the similar price range. Multiple modes including panorama, smart scene, time lapse, text recognition, night, slow motion, macro and professional have been added.

The S6s can capture full HD videos with the rear camera, whereas the front-facing camera can only capture videos at 720p resolution. At Rs. 17,999, the Gionee S6s makes for a decent package with all-metal design. But considering that the company is making  the Gionee S6s as the best selfie smartphone out in the market The impression is not so good  with the low light front camera . The overall Performance is also not  that much good The phone has Heating Problem and phone lags while playing Games .The overall experience with the Gionee S6s is however satisfactory, with no real big issues that would bother someone in daily usage.  Gionee should lower the price of phone If they do so then it become convenient for them to sell this Product.
