Review: Panasonic Eluga Plus X

Panasonic has now expanded its range of Eluga smartphones in India as the company launched its Eluga Pulse and Eluga Pulse X smartphones for the country on the last Thursday. Both the Panasonic Eluga Pulse and Pulse X smartphones runs on the Android version of 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box and will be made available across all brand outlets by next week at the price of Rs. 9,690 and Rs. 10,990 respectively.

On the specifications department, the Panasonic Eluga Pulse sports a 5-inch High Definition IPS display while the Eluga Pulse X packs with a larger 5.5-inch High Definition IPS display, both with the protective glass of Asahi Dragon Trail. Both the smartphones are powered and supported by a 1.25GHz quad-core processor but Eluga Pulse comes with the RAM of 2GB while the Eluga Pulse X features the RAM of 3GB. The two new Panasonic Eluga smartphones come with 16GB of inbuilt onboard storage, which can be extended further via a micro SD card of up to 128GB.

On the photography and optics department, both the Panasonic Eluga Pulse and Pulse X sport a 13-megapixel primary camera which is on the rear and a 5-megapixel camera at front for clicking selfies and doing video calling. While the Panasonic Eluga Pulse comes with a battery of 2200mAh which is removable, on the other hand the Panasonic Eluga Pulse X houses a larger capacity of battery that is 3000mAh. The connectivity options on both the smartphones include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
